Dental Front Desk / Scheduling Coordinator (FT/PT)
Job description
We are seeking to fill an immediate opening for a full time dental front desk position. We are looking for someone with dental experience, the ability to make decisions as well as exceptional communication skills. We would like a team player who is excited about their career in dental and will bring their enthusiasm and positive outlook to this office.
Requirements:
- Two years minimum of dental experience is required.
- Knowledge of Dentrix.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Register new patients according to established office protocols.
- Getting insurance breakdowns and presenting patients with treatment plans and financial treatment plan options.
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Move patients through appointments as scheduled to fill in cancellations and no-shows.
