Unverferth Family Dentistry is a single doctor private general dental practice in Van Wert OH. We are seeking a dental assistant looking for a long-term commitment to learning and growing with us. All training will be provided on site by our current dental team. Our team, our patients, and our level of service set our office apart from others. We have a fun, energetic team ready to help each other and pitch in to accomplish our goals.

• *No previous experience needed.
• *On the job training from current employee will be given to help transition into this role.

Our Hours:

Clinical hours are 8:00am-4:30pm with approximate 1 hour lunch Monday-Thursday

-we do enjoy a generous vacation schedule including holidays (often extended)

Job duties include:

• -Welcome and seat the patient
• -Set up and clean up operatories
• -Assist dentist with procedures
• -Document notes in chart
• -Sterilize and disinfect instruments, operatories and equipment
• Take radiographs when instructed

Experience:

• Proficiency in Eaglesoft and radiography license a plus but can train if needed
• High School diploma or equivalent
