We are looking for a full-time Traveling Orthodontic Assistant for our Pediatric Dental Office.

This person must have the natural ability and desire to build relationships with our patients and to always put them at ease. Our staff members understand the importance of exceptional service and have a desire to treat everybody they meet with dignity and kindness. The mindset must be to put the needs of the patients and the team ahead of your own.

Seeking a highly motivated experienced Traveling Orthodontic Assistant to work in our high-paced orthodontic practice. Duties include but are not limited to taking patient x-rays, dental impressions, and orthodontic records; preparing patients and assisting orthodontists during procedures; bond brackets, scanning images, prepare, clean, and sterilize instruments and other equipment; performing record keeping.

This role is a traveling role. This means that the person selected will be working at different clinics in and around San Antonio. Our clinics are in San Antonio, Lytle, Pleasanton, and Cibolo.

Requirements:

• 2+ Years’ experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Able to assist Chair-Side and provide Four-Handed Dentistry.
• Strong Dental Assistant Skills.
• Active RDA License in Texas.
• Active BLS

• Able to pour models and make impressions.
• Familiar with Open Dental Software.
