Hospitality Dental & Orthodontics is currently seeking full-time Dental Assistant for our Rancho Mirage practice.

Established in 1971 in Riverside, California, Hospitality Dental & Orthodontics is committed to providing friendly, safe, and professional dental treatments to individuals of all ages. Though the practice started in Riverside, it has expanded to include Hesperia, Palm Desert, Rancho Cucamonga, Rancho Mirage, and San Bernardino in California.
Hospitality Dental & Orthodontics is a premier provider for all PPO insurance plans and our mission is to promote dental care with hospitality.
Some of the Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
- Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient.
- Provides information to patients and fellow employees as needed.
- Educates patients by giving oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions.
- Documents dental care services by accurately charting in patient records.
- Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Following all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
- Ensures operation of dental equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
- Maintains dental supplies inventory
- Conserves dental resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results, minimizing waste.
- Breaks down treatment rooms between patients making sure it is clean and sterile and ready to receive the next patient.
- Does their part to support doctor team goals and the overall office goals. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
