Delivery Network Operations AnalystRole: The DNO Analyst will be responsible for determining how to optimize the contractor pay model, acquisition and retention. They will develop a deep understanding of contractor value and leverage those insights to improve the operations across specific regions & the entire US. They will partner closely with local operations, Engineering, and Program Management, and will be responsible for reporting on a weekly & monthly basis.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who collaborates cross functionally to accomplish company goals and has a passion for building data-driven recommendations that improve business operations. Their work will have an immediate impact in driving our research priorities and improving the experience for our contractors and customers.
Responsibilities:
Work cross functionally with Program Management, IT, and Operations to deep dive into, and quantify the value of the contractor pay model, contract acquisition and attrition
Define baselines and targets for relevant metrics
Design and create weekly and monthly reports in both Excel and Tableau
Perform Root Cause Analyses to inform product / process optimizations
Lead daily and weekly staffing reviews with operations, identifying risks and opportunities
Present proposals and results in a clear manner backed by data and coupled with actionable conclusions
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics within the transportation/logistics industry
Advanced Excel knowledge and experience (pivot tables, Vlookup, Index, visualizations)
Self-driven and proactive problem solver
Experience with Tableau and Power BI
Experience with Google Analytics or other marketing platforms
SQL knowledge and experience a plus
Strategic and business forward - you find trends in your data and look for the “so what”
Highly quantitative - Ability to synthesize data, make data-driven decisions while telling a relevant story
