Job description

We're seeking a Full Time Package Delivery Driver to join an independent contractor for FedEx Ground & Home Delivery. You will deliver to established routes Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, extra days available for additional pay in Clive-Urbandale-Windsor Heights, drive to delivery location and drop off and/or pick up items.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to customers and pick up items, residential and/or business locations in a timely manner
• Collect customers signature, photos of items
• Inspect & monitor delivery vehicle
• Fast paced work environment, working in all weather conditions
• Be a team player
• Follow all safety and security procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Iowa Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical to obtain a DOT Med Card
• Must be able to pass a drug screening & random drug screening
• Must have a clean criminal background & able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record, no OWI's or multiple violations
• Prefer 1 year or more of delivery driving experience
• Capable of getting in & out of delivery step van multiple times per day
• Be able to lift, carry, push, pull items up to 150 lbs.
