due (doo-eh) focacceria is a neighborhood eatery at heart, using the freshest ingredients available to us and putting our twist on Italian dining. Conveniently located in the sought-after Mac Groveland neighborhood in St Paul. They are inspired by the dining traditions of the Italian family; community, laughter, and conversation.

SCHEDULES: Our team works a minimum of 3 days/shifts a week, ranging AM start times between 930am-1130am and PM start times 3pm-5pm. We are currently looking for a long-term team member and gearing up for the summer season.

As our team transitions for the season, we are looking to add passionate people that enjoy a fast-paced environment and engaging guests. Come help us serve our guests by making the best scratch Italian food in the cities and running a full third wave barista and bartending program. Our teams work with preparation in fresh ingredients, prepping items, and buildings food items. In addition, as team members grow, they move into barista, bartending, and other fun duties. All members work together engaging and helping serve the guests.

What we look for:

• Proven experience in a fast past high-quality environment
• Experience in either deli, barista, bartending, or cafe operations
• Enjoys actively engaging customers and team members
• Able to work a minimum of three shifts/15 hours a week
• Love for all things Italian, scratch kitchens, and artisan bread making
• 1+ years experience in the hospitality field preferred
• Weekend, sunday, and non seasonal work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.88 - $32.23 per hour
