responsibilities:

• The Data Scientist is responsible for optimizing and deploying business processes and technology solutions within GRC (genome research center) in support of the Company portfolio.
• A technical and innovative role that partners with statistical programming, clinical analytics, standards, statistics, data science and information technology experts to implement next generation clinical data analysis ecosystem.

qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience (PhD), or 5+ years experience (MSc)
• Advanced analytics
• Advanced programming skills with writing reusable scripts (R, Python, Spark or SQL)
• Develop (semi) automate EHR-phenotyping using large longitudinal UK Biobank and NHS data
