On Call Data Entry Associate

Pay: $10 to $15 hr

Location: Birmingham, Alabama

Health OPX is seeking to hire an On Call Data Entry Contractor to assist the continued effort in our Customer Success Department, focusing on onboarding clients onto our platform. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry and uploading of submissions to customer’s portal. This role is ON CALL, and will be provided project as needed basis.

Health OPX is a Gener8tor / Mass Challenge backed startup company delivering a social impact saas product geared towards helping underserved communities to gain access to the health care systems.

Health OPX is headquartered in Birmingham, AL, but we are open to working with the right people fully-remote for those within in the Headquarters vicinity.

RESPONSIBILITIES YOU’LL HAVE

• Onboarding the customer’s data (this includes recreating surveys and questionnaires)
• Prepping responses from customer’s previous platforms to upload onto the HelpOpX platform

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

• Have 1 years of experience in Data Entry

PREFERENCE TO THOSE WHO

• Startup Experience
• Experience in Non-profit, government health, or health organizations

This is a full-time contracted position but will convert into Full Time Employment after completion of Seed Round Raise.
