Sr. Specialist Collections

This role is onsite in Frisco TX

The Sr. Specialist, Collections owns the Account Receivable on a portfolio of T-Mobile For Business (TFB) customers. The Sr. Specialist, Collections manages delinquency on TFB accounts and collects payments. Sr. Specialist, Collections partners with TFB Sales, Customer Care and other teams to resolve any disputes, make reconciliations on accounts, and implement payment arrangements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Places outbound calls and approves next steps in the collection path as deemed appropriate
based upon business needs.

Resolves billing disputes and account reconciliations with a high level of quality and professionalism.

Meets department productivity and quality standards. Appropriately disburses adjustments and account credits in accordance with T-Mobile policy.

Completes training requirements to stay current on existing and new systems and products, to grow skills, and to maintain proficiency on company values and organizational requirements.

Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

High School Diploma/GED

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
