A Little Bit About Who We Are Looking For
The Data Analyst position will be responsible for creating processes and systems to manage Gemini's master data set, developing dashboards and reports, and troubleshooting data issues. As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing operational data in support of Gemini’s continuous improvement efforts. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement key performance indicators (KPI) that report to Gemini’s business units and leadership. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience as a data analyst, including hands-on experience with the latest data analysis tools and databases. In addition, you must demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, or Statistics; additional Data Analyst certifications a plus
- 3+ years of experience analyzing large data sets and using relational databases
- Familiarity with Metabase, Tableau, or equivalent data analytics tools and with the Python, SQL, and R programming languages
- Exceptional use of Google Apps equivalent to MS Office applications, including Sheets/Excel
Preferred Skills
- Project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, GitHub, Pivotal Tracker, etc.
- Asynchronous communication tools, such as Google Chat, Slack, and email
- Brainstorming and mapping tools such as Miro, FigJam, Lucidchart
- Proficiency with value stream mapping and flowchart mapping are a plus
- Legal industry knowledge is a plus

Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000
