Data Analyst
Full-Time, Fall River, MA

The Data Analyst will have expertise in all things related to data and technology with a specific focus on data management and analytics. The Data Analyst will work collaboratively with managers and supervisors to address any application concerns with Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) – Caseworthy and ServicePoint, and Efforts to Outcomes to ensure data integrity and quality assurance. Has technical expertise to interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets. Support and develop reports, including regulatory quarterly and annual reporting.
Qualifications include:
· Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of experience with hands-on data processing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Proven experience in analytical concepts and metrics
· Must possess comprehensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring performance
· Advanced PC skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat, Adobe Analytics
· Ability to produce data visualization through Tableau and Python preferred
· Advanced Knowledge of statistical applications preferred
· Experience working in an office setting required
· Reliable, dependable, and punctual
· Good organizational, oral, and written communication skills
