Responsibilities
- Maintain customer satisfaction at or above company standards
- Reconcile and process daily transactions
- Enter cash receipts and update receivable ledger
- Maintain sales tax exemption information
- Record and maintain all 1099 information and process year-end reports
- Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
- Assist with the training of the team
- Assist Office Manager with daily activity
Qualifications
- Experience in an Automotive Accounting office is beneficial
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate customer needs and concerns to management
- Professional appearance
