Cunningham Security is hiring a Tier 1 Customer Support Specialist! We are a family-owned company with a great team, the perks of working for a smaller company, and great benefits. We need a team player who enjoys interacting with people as much as they enjoy helping them with support issues over the phone!

Cunningham Security, an established company that offers customizable and unique commercial and residential security solutions is seeking an experienced customer service professional.

Tier 1 support specialists are responsible for, but are not limited to, answering phone calls, monitoring and responding to customer emails in a timely manner and researching/answering customer inquiries.

Required Skills-

· High attention to detail.

· Ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly throughout the day without losing details.

· A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential

· Ability to develop solutions for customers through phone/email communications

· Customer service experience, phone experience is a plus

· Microsoft suite experience and ability to learn our CRM System

Job Duties-

· Answer incoming customer calls for a customer base of 12k+

· Follow up with customers as needed

· Review daily alarm activity reports

· Basic alarm system troubleshooting

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
