Customer Service Representative (Day and Afternoon Available)
Job description
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide the highest level of customer service to our customers over the phone, email, or through an online chat. Our Customer Service Representatives are experts in resolving issues through education and proper follow up. This position is an on-site position at our Shelby Township, MI office.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
- 9:00a - 5:30p (Mon - Fri)
- 3:30p - 12:00a (Sun - Thurs)
JOB DUTIES:
- Answer inbound calls while providing the highest level of Customer Service.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact to our customers looking for assistance with questions, ordering, or issue resolution
- Document conversations with the customer for ticket resolution
- Act as a subject matter expert on product offerings
- Create, develop, and maintain relationships with the customer
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listener
- Capable of typing 40+ WPM with accuracy
- Able to multitask while having a strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Solid time management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
