Summary /Objective

The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers, sales reps, and sales managers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and processes and communicating effectively within the company. Responsibilities include product allocation, Website Customer Service, and order processing for assigned accounts. This individual will coordinate between departments while serving as the assistant to the customer service department.

Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Assist in the Management of major accounts by checking open orders and relaying information to the production and sales departments
  • Assist in all aspects of website orders, including corresponding with customers via phone, email, and live chat, managing returns, and resolving order issues
  • Responsible for running and executing allocation reports that impact shipping according to allocation rules, inventory, and warehouse availability.
  • Run and analyze detailed order reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Work with production to maintain the flow of merchandise. Liaise with the sales department to process orders and resolve issues within our internal systems (Repspark, Drop Ship, EDI)
  • Sales analysis: run, review, and update reports
  • Ensure orders are accurate and shipped on schedule
  • Assist in style setup and Management.
  • Maintain communication with all relevant departments to ensure a smooth flow of order execution from A to Z.
  • Assist Customer Service Manager with daily organizational duties
  • Attend weekly production meetings
  • Super User for our online management order system

  • In-house full-time position that may require on-call ad hoc projects full accessibility.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite required.
  • Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to deal with all levels of Management professionally and efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A dependable problem solver with excellent follow-through skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
  • 1-2 years of corporate customer service experience, preferably in apparel or consumer goods
  • EDI knowledge a plus
