Customer Service Representative
Atlanta, Georgia
Jones Networking is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing Logistics and Supply Company in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience within a busy call center environment and a passion for customer service.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Answer calls in a timely manner, with the goal of providing an exceptional customer experience for every caller.
- Collaborate with customers, supply partners, and others to provide quality resolutions to customer concerns.
- Keep current on the company’s best practices.
- Manage daily workload, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines to ensure high quality service.
- Respond to all incoming e-mail and chat requests.
- Process incoming customer requests for deliveries.
- Educate customers on services and ordering channels available.
- Maintain accuracy of the company’s database (such as up to date contact information, medical licenses on file are up to date, etc.)
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- At least 2-4 + years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting.
- Must be outgoing, friendly, and have a caring personality.
- Sales, problem solving and follow up skills is a priority
- Computer proficiencies (Navigating Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A customer-centric approach with a sense of urgency is required.
- Must have great attention to detail, experience with data entry a plus.
- Ability to establish and nourish effective working relationships with customers, managers, supply partners, and fellow employees.
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
