*This is an in-office position in, Everett, WA*
DEP West is seeking an experienced, full-time, motivated, team-oriented Customer Service Representative with outstanding written/verbal communication skills as well as excellent analytical skills; automotive experience is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Support clients on day-to-day requests.
- Assist Account Executives as needed in supporting clients.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
- Required Skills: Excellent communication, and customer service skills
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
- The ability to multitask efficiently
- The ability to remain cool under pressure
Able to work in multiple databases and demonstrate proficiency in:
- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
- Google Slides
- All Other Company Systems
