JLM Automotive is currently seeking an individual with a strong background in customer service to fill the role of Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate will be an effective leader who can work well with others, solve problems, manage costs, and develop new strategies to increase organizational efficiency.

• This position is Dual Language Required (Engish, Spanish)
• Automotive experience that will increase your qualification (sales, service, repair or parts store attendant)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service transactions at the service counter.
• Maintain a clean and organized service counter area.
• Answer customers' questions regarding services, hours of operation, and available appointments.
• Knowledge of a variety of Automotive programs and services.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, answering phones, and ordering supplies.
• Among other responsabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
