SUMMARY:
As part of the customer support team responsible for first contact customer interaction, the Customer Service Coordinator will work closely with the Applications engineers to resolve customer issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor incoming Customer support email and phone as first line of contract the customer support journey.
- Confirm and acknowledge receipt of all cases and RMAs back to customer within 12 hours.
- Ensure support cases adhere to customer SLA (Service Level Agreement) entitlement.
- Dispatch Support cases to Applications Engineering in a timely fashion and update CRM.
- Manage receipt and returns of all RMAs for repair and calibration.
- Provide customer service support to customers regarding existing orders.
- Provide customer service support to global UEI sale steams by providing/relaying information, literature and timely follow up on all inquiries.
- Process customer invoicing and complete supplier forms, as may be needed.
- Monitor customer portals for Pos.
- Perform general administrative office functions as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required due to government military contracts.
- Bachelor s degree in a related field of study or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Prior basic accounting and administrative experience.
- Ability to identify issues with government contracts and help resolve with the team.
- Ability to make sound business judgments, handle multiple contractual activities with a short turn-around time, and work independently as well as part of a Team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to include well developed analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and work with UEI company software programs including NetSuite.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in a customer serving role.
- Knowledge of DFAR/FAR regulations.
- Oracle NetSuite experience.
