We are looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our growing team. Our Billing Coordinator will be responsible for reconciling accounts and performing other general office duties such as mailings, file organization and other tasks assigned by supervisors. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a college degree in marketing or a related field, and experience in administrative work.

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls from clients.
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments.
• Process invoices and payments.
• Manage billing staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.53 - $21.56 per hour

• Accounting: 3 years (Required)
• Logistics: 3 years (Required)
• Transportation planning: 3 years (Preferred)
• 3PL: 3 years (Preferred)
