Seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their growing team in Woodcliff Lake, NJ! Fully onsite, immediate hire with great perks offered! Monday through Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM, benefits offered on first day of employment.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist customers with online transactions.
• Input client notes following email and calls with client into CRM.
• Nurture client relationships and build a rapport with new clients.
• Answer inbound service calls and make outbound service calls.
• Consistent follow up on client calls, emails, inquiries, requests, timely and accurately.
• Assist customers with online applications and online payments.
• Handle customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow up on online quotes to inform customers of the benefits of our products and pricing.
• Complete sales transactions and processing of payments.
• Practice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team.
• Retains up to date knowledge of company products.
• Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
• Proficiency with computers skills will be tested.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3 years of customer service experience or account management.
• Excellent multitasking, organizational and computer skills.
• Vibrant and friendly personality.
• Extremely detail-oriented and strong focus on accuracy
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill (phone skills)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Paramus, NJ 07652: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
