The Role:

Come work for the #1 Customer Experience Team in the Omaha Metro Area with the H+H Group as a Customer Service Agent. Wages starting between $15 per hour, with an average earning potential of $17 per hour with additional monthly bonus opportunities. You will be working in a fun, positive environment while handling incoming phone calls, including setting reservations and general assistance, for our Service Department Customers!

• Complete incoming and outgoing phone calls to confirm Customer reservations and provide service reminders.
• Update Customer information in programs.
• Assist Customers with providing past service history reports.
• Growth opportunities available!

The schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, rotating Saturday 7am-4pm.

What you bring to the table:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.

Experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• At least 1 year of general business experience preferred, but not required.
