Position Purpose/Summary: The CRM Architect is responsible for managing the organizations CRM tool and assisting with service development. Their primary function is to outline the strategies, structure, and processes necessary for successful customer relationship management. Identify leads and target audiences for optimal ROI. Analyze the activities and communication history of members and develop goals that drive sales growth and improve member retention.

Education & Experience: We pride ourselves in our advocacy for education, growth, and opportunity for experience at Visions Federal Credit Union. This position requires a minimum of an Associate’s degree in financial areas or customer service along with five or more years’ related experience.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Due to the nature of this role in dealing with employees and members on an on-going basis, the position requires (and is not limited to):

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility (able to adapt to changing environment)
  • Positively communicate with diverse employee and membership population while providing excellent customer service
  • Strong computer and math skills, adherence to confidentiality, detail-oriented
  • Working knowledge of Credit Union product and service offerings preferred
  • Extensive knowledge and/or experience with Voice of Customer analytics and Synapsys reporting
