What we are looking for:

A Community Engagement Manager to develop and expand business relationships with prospective and existing customers to contribute to enhanced referral growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market share for the Child & Family Healing Center (CFHC) and Charterhouse School (CHS). Support quality improvement of programs and intake processes based upon customer feedback. Create plans to engage employees in thought leadership that promotes UMFS as a contributor to advancements in the community.

What you will need:

Bachelors degree, a minimum of five years of professional work experience in Business-to-Business Sales and/or Customer Service, or a master’s in social work or related field with a passion and drive for business development. Demonstrated history of exceeding goals in past positions, and a demonstrated ability to build strong, positive, professional relationships and effectively present and speak in public.
