Rapidly growing company in CLEARWATER, FL looking for a Customer Experience Specialist

YOUR MISSION:

To create and provide clear and actionable responses and materials to customer inquiries so that their problems are solved the first time. Ultimately, we strive for top-notch customer service.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

• Work within a few computer systems and e-mail system once trained

• Manage VIP accounts

• Ability and willingness to solve customer problems

• Pleasantly communicating with customers via live chat, email and occasionally, the phone

• Writing up FAQs, video scripts, canned responses and procedures as the customer interface changes

• Processing repairs for configuration and customer errors as needed

• And other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

· Basic computer skills.

· Fast learner.

· Ability to type with speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm).

· Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Programs such as Outlook, Excel, etc.

· Ability to adapt to new software as there is an internal database program that you will use consistently throughout the day.

· Detail oriented!

· Positive outlook that can be felt by our customers and our co-workers.

· Reliable and responsible, the customer and the company count on this.

· Strong organizational skills are a must!

· Ability to coordinate data coming from various sources

· Ability to multi-task and correctly prioritize without stressing out!

· Must be able to keep composure if there’s a tight deadline or pressure.

· Excellent team player and willing to help others as needed.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday – Friday 9-6 pm with an hour lunch

COMPENSATION:

• Pay starts at $16/ hr
