The Company's North American operations are located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Plymouth, Indiana, where we produce fruit and dairy preparations for a variety of customers including yogurt, ice cream and bakery manufacturers.
Supports the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of facility visitor experiences and initiatives that ensure a best-in-class overall experience. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end experience goals, programs, and practices across the organization for customers, visitors, auditors, Candidates and out of town guests. Performs scheduling, document preparation, resource coordination, and other administrative duties for customer experience projects.
Provides support to human resources functions, including daily tasks, employee engagement activities, branding opportunities and recruitment events. Assists with employee onboarding and expatriate welcoming and placement.

Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for facility visitor experiences to ensure world class overall experience at our facility. (Visitors include but are not limited to: Guests, Customers, Auditors, Vendors, Candidates, Zentis Employees from other locations, etc.) Preparing, welcoming and assisting with all incoming visitors overall experience.

Responsible for assisting with marketing and branding opportunities in the community & directly at sales & marketing functions.
Provide support to the Human Resource Department with employee requests, engagement activities, Job Fairs, community branding opportunities and employee onboarding.
Support the strategic and tactical business goals of the HR Department & the Company.

Formal Education Required:
High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources or Customer Service.
Associates degree in Business with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business with 1 year of experience in customer service environment.

Specific Experience and Key Knowledge Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience with ADP or similar HRIS programs.
Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service or hospitality administration.

Special Skills and Abilities Required: Excellent communication skills.
Outgoing personality is a must.
Strong customer service skills.
Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex human resource related documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints with the upmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Must have good multitasking skills.
