CUSTOMER CARE EXPERT in MANLIUS AND BALDWINSVILLE.

28 to 32 HOURS PER WEEK. NO SUNDAYS, NO NIGHTS, NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS!

Do you enjoy providing outstanding service to loyal customers? Are you highly professional with a gift for making others happy? Brian's Cleaners is seeking a great team member to work in the Baldwinsville and Manlius locations.

YOU ARE: Friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented. Seeking 28 to 32 hours per week. Must have availability Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm AND Saturdays between 9 am to 1 pm. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work in both Baldwinsville and Manlius.

WE PROVIDE: Paid training, no Sundays, no major holidays, no nights!

REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong customer service orientation, detail-oriented, ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality, strong communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires inspecting customer clothing at drop-off for stains, damage, etc.; checking in customer clothing using a touch-screen computer system; communicating with customers in person and over the phone; accurately placing items for quick and easy return to customers.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
