Experienced Cabinetry Installers
If you do not have custom cabinetry installation experience, please do not apply to this ad.
This is a 1099 piece work employment opportunity, it is not a W-2 job position.

Our main location of work is primarily focused in Scottsdale and the surrounding areas.
You must have full & complete knowledge of woodworking tools and the installation of custom/prefabricated cabinetry.
This work will be centered mainly in high end homes, and will be handled with a mindset of professionalism, efficiency and a strict attention to detail.

The Ideal Candidate
•The ideal candidate will process and Exercise a commitment to client satisfaction.
•Candidate will communicate in a genuine and upstanding fashion with all clients and other team members.
•Candidate must and always be on time as scheduled to job-sites and have the appearance of a professional.
•Candidate must provide 3 reputable references that can support prior history of work ability, quality, reliability and level of installation.

Typical job duties will include:
- The shaping and cutting of wood and other materials according to the correct size and specifications. Also the ability to ensure that they are scribed properly with equal reveals when called out .

- You must have the practice of keeping a Clean work space where installation occurs and materials reside.

- You Must have the understanding of Positioning cabinets safely and installing them in place according to specified installation procedures.

- You must Have the Ability to troubleshoot and see steps ahead of time to avoid possible concerns or unforeseen obstacles.

- You Must always ask questions instead of assuming, and possess strong communication skills to avoid errors and mistakes.

Any Interested candidates will also meet the following qualifications:

--Experience in but not limited to, the operation of machinery, including saws, planers, power tools, nail guns etc.
--The Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings provided by the clients.
--Always practice “Work Safety” methods and constantly be aware of your surroundings and how to improve anything and all things that might compromise the job site and the materials involved.
--Must have Reliable transportation and a valid drivers’ license, they are
REQUIRED.

*Personality and Communication are strong valued assets in this type of occupation/position, you must be well versed, appropriate, interactive at times and a representative of a high quality product and business.
