Employment Opportunity
The Orem Development Services Department is currently hiring for a Custodial Supervisor. This is a full-time, benefited position working at the Orem Family Fitness Center, under the direction of the Building Maintenance Division Manager. The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for supervising and working with a small group of custodial employees engaged in cleaning City buildings and facilities. This position plans, schedules, coordinates, and participates in cleaning, maintenance, and repair projects in the City buildings and facilities. Qualifications
- 2 years verifiable custodial supervisory experience.
- High School graduation or equivalent.
- Knowledge and skill in methods, materials, practices, and equipment used in custodial and grounds cleaning, maintenance, and repair.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems in order to perform minor repairs and maintenance duties.
Salary & Benefits
The current salary range for Custodial Supervisors is $16.98 to $25.47 hourly ($35,319 to $52,979 annually). Individual starting salary generally starts towards the bottom of the salary range but may depend on qualifications and experience.

Full-time, 40 hours a week.
