Looking to fill an assistant grower position in a licensed indoor cultivation facility.
Duties include:
Room & equipment cleaning, mixing feed, filling tanks, feeding plants, assisting with harvests, weighing, helping process/trim, and record-keeping.
Responsible for monitoring of processes including nutrient management, irrigation activity, climate management, & lighting, while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to quality standards and standard operating procedures.
It is a physical job that requires being on your feet for hours – must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift.
We will provide training, but you must have passion for growing and growrooms. Must work well as part of a small, friendly team.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
