We are looking to hire a CRM/Salesforce analyst at our Beachwood, OH location.

This is just a high-level overview of the role.

The goal of this position is to serve as a key player for support of the end user in their day-to-day tasks as they relate to Salesforce.com as well as support and maintain databases. This position will provide real time end user and team support using best practices while utilizing critical thinking skills to help develop new processes. Support Marketing initiatives related to HubSpot, as well. This contract assignment will be three - six months or possibly longer in duration.

• 
  Provide prompt, courteous service to all end users via support line, email and SFDC help desk support.
• Obtain, format, and import end user databases utilizing Excel and Data Loader
• Diagnose and resolve product functionality and navigation questions.
• Enter cases for all support requests with resolutions documentation for future reference.
• Create reports and dashboard as required by the business.
• Maintain activations, deactivations, and transfers of all SFDC users while adhering to onboarding/departing processes.
• Sustain reporting of licensing activity for accounting
• Aid SFDC team in developing and training UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of new functionality and integrated Apps.
• Preferred – bilingual in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus.
• Salesforce.com experience a plus, but not required
