Adapt Integrated Health Care is currently recruiting for a full time Crisis Therapist to join our behavioral health team in Curry County! Remote work is unavailable at this time.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides treatment services through assessments and evaluations, including case management, individual and group treatment which promotes recovery, resiliency, wellness, independence, and safety for individuals receiving addictions and mental health treatment services.
• Directs and coordinates the client admission process and treatment, rehabilitation and support services of the program.
• Responsible for administrative tasks, such as medical record documentation.
• Performs many functions and treatment interventions to adult clientele at Adapt including crisis intervention, eligibility, access, and enrollment services; provides comprehensive assessment and the collaborative development of Individual Service and Support Plans (ISSP).
• Employee estimates and manages time efficiently. Work is subject to active supervisory control and review through regularly scheduled supervision and meetings to ensure determinations and decisions made are in compliance with departmental goals, policies, and procedures.

Education and Experience Required:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, plus experience in a mental health setting is preferred. Licensure preferred.
• Must possess valid Oregon driver's license.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
