Location: Quincy – Agricultural Services

Working Shift: Day Shift

Hours & Work Days: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday; May vary depending on harvest .

Duties:

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
• Train orchard labor employees in a variety of tasks

• Scan employees’ work ID badges to record their shifts worked, as well as bins per employee
• Complete appropriate administrative paperwork
• Address any attendance issues or call-ins with employees
• Enforce Stemilt safety rules and standard operating procedures with employees
• Move tools and equipment to needed areas

• Ensure supplies for the crews, such as water, are distributed/in stock
• Monitor the quality control of the fruit being harvested
• Discipline and/or appraise employee performance when needed
• Drive company vehicles to transport employees to worksites
• Create a culture within the team that leads to ensuring extraordinary customer service for all team members

• Hold self and team accountable and ensure the development of a self-leadership team culture
• Contribute to the team and the Company in various other ways when requested or required
