Job description
CrossFit is hiring a Credentialing Support Specialist to join our Affiliate Operations team. You will be responsible for the operational and administrative customer support of the Certification program and act as the primary point of contact for the program’s customer support. This role will process all certification applications, certification and recertification activities renewals, and provide support to all certification candidates and stakeholders. You will also provide recommendations related to information management and communication processes, corrective/preventive actions, and identify opportunities for improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as Certification and Accreditation program primary customer support (SME)
  • Process all certification-related application types
  • Evaluate program operations and processes and make recommendations for improvements
  • Assist with customer support for Continuing Education programs
  • Make recommendations for corrective/preventive actions
  • Meets or exceeds team KPIs and objectives, to include targets for customer inquiry response and resolution times
  • Resolves or escalates customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback quickly and efficiently.
  • Work with the customer support team to leverage knowledge repositories to document, track and improve the customer experience and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of CrossFit’s products, tools, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Appropriately handle our customers personal information; such as payment information, addresses and phone numbers
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
  • Expert level customer support skills, to include strong writing ability and ability to handle all customer support issues without escalation.
  • Ability to work well in a flexible and dynamic work environment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
:
  • 2+ years of customer support management
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate holder preferred.
