The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) is seeking highly qualified applicants for their full-time Creative Services Manager position in the Office of Georgia Quick Start. This position is located at the TCSG Georgia Quick Start Office in Savannah, Georgia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will undertake the necessary initiative to become fully familiar with the materials, processes and technologies related to the manufacture of electric vehicles, batteries and battery systems.
• With oversight and approval from the Director, this position will identify, assess and recommend for hire, appropriate Desktop Publishers, Graphic Designers, and Technical Illustrators required to create and design the comprehensive training program for Hyundai Motor Group as well as all active Quick Start projects in Eastern Operations.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject-matter experts and other stakeholders to identify effective e-learning solutions to be used in workforce training environments.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with teams to identify and request required information and media components needed for authoring and programming of elearning programs.
• Have thorough knowledge of principles for adult learning and be able to recommend and develop appropriate e-learning solutions.
• Design and develop print layout and presentations for training material, utilizing fonts, text content, images and graphics.
• Conform to agency branding, process and practices, utilizing existing templates and document preparation.
• Provide support to graphic staff with technical and software understanding.
• Produce publications utilizing pre-established publishing templates.
• Provide finished materials suitable for reproduction and delivery in various formats and platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues between software, print drivers and fonts.
• Support creative services production and reproduction as required.
• Translate ideas and concepts into visual products.
• Collaborate with directors, instructional developers, subject matter experts and video and animation production personnel in a team environment.
• Create illustrations and other art to be used in various print and digital media
• Troubleshoot issues between software, print drivers and fonts.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in e-learning and demonstrate enthusiastic willingness to learn and adapt to new e-learning applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Knowledge and proficiency in various types of graphic design software such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, E-Learning Development, Multimedia Design, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, HTML Coding, Photoshop, CAD, Acrobat, creating Animations and other Creative Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree in Instructional Design, Web Development, Graphic Design *and* Three (3) years of related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ten (10) years working hands-on in instructional design and development of digital content for advanced manufacturing and other business environments
• Credentials in Instructional Design/Technology, Education, Information Technology, Web design implementing coding such as HTML5, Javascript, etc.
