Job description

This is an opportunity to work alongside a growing marketing agency in the luxury hotel industry. This position is part-time (~15 hours per week) with flexible hours starting April 15.

Creative Marketing Assistant

• Hosts and runs on-site and off-site events
• Research and development to source community partners in the Long Branch and New York market
• Reaches out to strategic partnerships, influencers and community leaders and schedules meetings and tours of property
• Strategize and execute weekly programming for the hotel and it's food and beverage outlets
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Plan and execute exciting and out-of-the-box marketing events
• Manages social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram

Project Management Skills

• Excellent client facing skills
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Solid organization skills and attention to detail
• Design platforms like Photoshop and Canva is a plus
• Experience in the service and/or hotel industry is a plus
• Experience in social media management is a plus
