**Please note** This work will require significant time standing and working outdoors and indoors in all weather conditions while interacting with the public, students, and administrative faculty.

Seeking team members who can start immediately for COVID-19 testing sites with ability to assist in K-12 school testing operations.

K-12 school testing will begin at the beginning of September. Hours prior to that will be part time and will consist of training on our static sites.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation

Must have the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Must have the ability to always be professional in appearance, speech, and behavior.

Essential K-12 Duties and Combined Community Testing Requirements:

• Manages and performs the on-campus testing process for assigned school(s)
• Ensures student comfort and compliance with testing protocols and policies
• Ability to provide quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizing and sanitizing space in preparation for collection and testing.
• Accountable for medical samples and supplies
• Quality Control on samples collected, being responsible for proper sample collection techniques with students, faculty, and administration staff
• Responsible for accurate data entry and following approved outlined procedures for all in school testing practices
• Maintains superior patient/customer focus while following all organizational systems, privacy, and safety regulations
• Ensure proper disposal of any biomedical waste, used materials
• Clean up the testing area and notify the school administration that testing has concluded.
• Follows HIPAA requirements and student privacy laws; maintains strict confidentiality regarding personal and medical information.
• Providing polite and consistent care when testing patients for COVID-19
• Must have weekend availability and flexible to schedule changes, even last minute, based on staffing needs.
• Must follow company dress code
• Ability to work independently AND function well in a team environment where direction may be coming from multiple sources.
• Must demonstrate superior customer focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers and supervisors
• Ability to accelerate and embrace change.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Aurora, CO 80011: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
