We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Corporate Website Manager

This is a Hybrid role that can be located in Huntsville, Alabama OR Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an expert in Corporate Website Management who has a deep understanding in digital platforms and how to leverage them to create best-in-class customer experiences. The successful candidate will help drive LG’s customer- centric vision by creating strategies to provide personalized support for customer throughout their journey, whether it’s seeking information, making a purchase, or getting the most out of the product they purchased. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for bringing to life business priorities through digital story-telling, with focus on customer satisfaction and conversion
  • Develop and implement strategies to constantly improve the customer experience based on analytics, insights, and trends
  • Report project status and overall performance on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Manage concurrent projects, deliverables, and timelines, for experience requests
  • Support cross-functional teams to establish requirements and deadlines related to incoming requests for maintain and enhancement updates
  • Properly communicate timelines and constraints to internal stakeholders
  • Work with Content Strategy to ensure self-service content is properly executed across LG’s service channels
  • Ensure content consistency across digital experiences, user journeys, templates, components and systems across LG.com
  • Support and contribute to evolving governance principles, practices, guidelines and tools to ensure consistent and common digital experiences
  • Advocate for the customer: Seek to understand real customer needs and be their champion when business goals, decisions or directives may affect their experience
  • Partner with SEO experts to identify opportunities to increase new visitor traffic
  • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
  • 2 years’ experience in a marketing or digital content role
  • 4 years’ experience as a project manager or customer/digital experience manager
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, efficient, and able to focus on following a task through to completion
  • Excellent oral / written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and time efficiently
  • Experience in analyzing large data sets and creating performance reports within Excel, Tableau or other reporting tools– required
  • Experience in project management systems including Jira, Monday.com and others
