The Corporate Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's quality control procedures to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a detailed, and organized change agent with a proven history of implementing quality processes in a Manufacturing environment.

Here's What You'll Do:

• Develop, implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures for all aspects of the company's operations.
• Lead and partner with stakeholders on quality improvement initiatives and projects to optimize product and service quality.
• Help remove barriers for the teams to implementing and maintaining quality processes.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best in class processes and create checks and balances to ensure compliance with internal processes, industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and skills across the organization.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related customer complaints and issues, working with the teams to drive to root cause.
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with quality control processes and procedures.
• Manage and mentor a team of quality control professionals to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Here's What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, health & safety, quality processes or a related field/experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in quality management within a corporate manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
