Fair-Rite Products Corp. is a manufacturing company located in Wallkill, New York. We have created a
new position at our Corporate location. We are looking to hire a
Corporate Project Manager. This individual will oversee product development and capital investment projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This individual will be charged with directing and leading project teams to ensure identified projects meet agreed upon objectives within the specified plan.
We have GREAT TEAM SPIRIT at Fair-Rite and want to add an individual who will positively contribute to this working environment .
Qualifications:
Minimum Education / Experience Requirements:
- AA or AAS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or related field.
- 2 years on the job training and or experience as a project manager.
Preferred Education / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- PMP certification.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager
- Hands on experience in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Must be able to operate CMS / ERP system effectively.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team toward a common goal and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
We expect this individual to:
- Provide input into corporate roadmaps.
- Develop, maintain and track project charters, scope, goals, plans, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools.
- Implement risk management techniques to ensure the project is successful.
- Report and escalate issues to Management team.
- Other non-essential duties may be assigned as necessary.
- Follow all relevant Quality and / or Environmental standards to which Fair Rite is certified.
- Follow all O.S.H.A. standards and the F/R Safety and Health Policy.
