What Are We Looking For?
UCI is currently looking for a Corporate Health and Wellness Services Supervisor to join our team. The Corporate Health & Wellness (CHW) Services Supervisor supports the department by serving as a leader and directly supervising clinical staff. The CHW Services Supervisor provides direct patient care at onsite employer events while supervising clinical staff and serving as a key point of contact for the employer. In addition, the CHW Services Supervisor develops clinical workflows, creates training materials, and provides hands-on training for clinical staff to ensure high-quality services at all onsite events. The CHW Services Supervisor works closely with the CHW Manager to achieve strategic goals to support the growth, development, and success of the department.
Do You Have What It Takes?
A good candidate will bring with them:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and an Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse and must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Carolina
  • Active BLS or ACLS
  • Willing to work at various locations throughout South Carolina and flexible to travel and complete overnight stays on a regular basis
  • Experience with taking vitals, phlebotomy, and vaccine administration
  • General knowledge of medical ethics and confidentiality
  • Computer skills and knowledge of basic medical terminology
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with proper telephone etiquette
  • Displays tact and professionalism at all times
  • A team player and a self-starter. Able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent customer service skills both with patients and company contacts.
