Proper Hospitality is seeking a dynamic, experienced Corporate Director of Food and Beverage to oversee the food and beverage operations for all hotels within our portfolio, ensuring the highest level of quality, consistency and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and competitor offerings to ensure our hotels remain innovative and relevant
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and other partners to ensure the highest quality ingredients and products
• Develop and manage budgets, financial plans and performance metrics to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness
• Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales and marketing, to develop and execute creative and effective food and beverage promotions and events
• Train, motivate and manage a team of food and beverage leaders, providing guidance, feedback, and support to achieve each hotel’s goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards and all other relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in food and beverage operations in a luxury hotel or restaurant group, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful food and beverage concepts, menus and strategies
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, best practices and innovations
• Experience with food safety regulations and compliance
