Proper Hospitality is seeking an experienced Corporate Beverage Manager to oversee the development and execution of beverage programs across our portfolio. This key role is responsible for creating and implementing innovative, high-quality and profitable beverage programs that both enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement beverage programs across our hotel portfolio, including bars, restaurants and banquets, that align with brand standards and meet guest expectations
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for beverage program
  • Collaborate with Executive Chefs, Food and Beverage Directors, and other hotel leaders to ensure beverage programs complement and enhance the overall guest experience
  • Develop and manage beverage budgets, inventory and ordering to ensure cost-effective operations
  • Train and develop beverage teams across each hotels to maintain a high level of beverage knowledge, service and quality
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations related to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages
  • Foster relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality products at competitive prices
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of beverage programs to ensure quality, consistency and profitability
  • Partner with marketing team to develop beverage-related promotions and events that drive revenue and enhance the guest experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in a corporate beverage management role for a luxury hotel group, restaurant group or similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of beverage operations, including mixology, wine and beer
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful beverage programs that drive revenue and enhance the guest experience
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple locations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with local, state and federal regulations related to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages
