Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a non-exempt (hourly) Market Place Staff in the Dining Service.The work schedule is 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year and the shift is from 6am-2:30pm, Sunday through Thursday.

Description
Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a non-exempt (hourly) Market Place Staff in the Dining Service.The work schedule is 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year and the shift is from 6am-2:30pm, Sunday through Thursday.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare menu items including meat, vegetarian, vegan and halal
- Prepare menu items using commercial steamers, convection ovens, tilt skillets, steam kettles, fryers and grills
- Develop unique recipes
- Work with and mentor college student employees.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months experience in a high-volume dining service or restaurant or other related experience.
