Job Title: Contracts Manager

Position Summary: The Contracts Manager will be responsible for ensuring execution of contracts and subcontracts in accordance with Company policies, legal requirements, the Federal Acquisition Regulations, and other Government and Customer provisions. The role involves supporting all aspects of the contracting process, including customer interface, proposal preparation, fact-finding, negotiation, contract and subcontract administration, and contract closeout. The candidate will develop and respond to various types of solicitations, prepare nondisclosure agreements/teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, terms and conditions, negotiate modifications, and ensure contract compliance. The role requires interfacing with various governmental agencies on related issues and providing guidance, advice, and action on such matters to program management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts, from customer interface to contract closeout.
• Develop and respond to various types of solicitations, including RFPs, RFQs, BAAs, and other requests for offers.
• Prepare nondisclosure agreements/teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, and terms and conditions.
• Negotiate modifications to contracts and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Interact with various governmental agencies on related issues and provide guidance, advice, and action on such matters to program management.
• Maintain accurate and complete contract files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support all aspects of the contracting process, including proposal preparation, fact-finding, and negotiation.
• Ensure contract deliverables are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Contracts, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing various forms of government contracts, including cost plus fixed fee (CPFF), firm fixed price (FFP), time and materials (T&M), indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ), multiple award contracts (MACs), and contracts awarded under the GSA schedules.
• Strong management experience, preferably in a government contracting environment.
• Experience working with the Department of Energy desired.
• Experience with managing contracts for a small business.
• Must be a US citizen due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements.
