What you'll do:

As Content and Social Media Manager, you'll:

• Curate, create, and produce promotional and marketing content: You will work with the Marketing Director to curate, produce and/or create copy and associated static, animated and video content for the following platforms: forecourt signage, in store signage, digital displays, digital menu boards, streaming media to the pumps, loyalty application, website content and associated posts, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yelp, Gas Buddy, YouTube, and TikTok).
• Monitor and analyze social media channels and website traffic to build community of followers and enhance interaction
• Report to the Director of Brand & Marketing: This is an in-house, full-time position with the ability to travel to our stores to capture and chronicle the spirit of our brand.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced. We need a content and social media manager who has handled similar work for 2-4 years. You might be a fit if you've held titles such as: Content Curator/Strategist, Social Media Coordinator/Specialist, Digital Project Manager, Marketing Associate, Digital Strategist, Brand Manager, etc.
• Knowledgeable. You must have experience curating, producing, and deploying content for digital media platforms. A bonus would be experience creating signage for brick-and-mortar storefronts. A degree in a related field such as Communications, Marketing, or Graphic Design is preferred.
• A great communicator. As the content and social media manager, you should have excellent written and verbal creative and communication skills as well as strong interpersonal team member skills. You need the ability to write compelling copy, develop companion graphics, and create basic animations.
• Tech-savvy. Demonstrated tech skills using social media platforms and content management systems. You will need to have experience with a variety of different content creation and management tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) and undaunted by platforms and creation management systems you have not used. Photography and photo editing are crucial, and videography and video editing is preferred. This position requires the ability to remain up to date on new technology, platform enhancements, tools, and trends.
• Highly organized. This position requires exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills. You should be able to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented. Careful planning, and attention to detail are crucial.
• Passionate. You should have a passion for brand and cultivating community. A passion for food, and an exceptional cup of coffee, alongside the desire to inspire people to visit our convenience store is a must. Other Details:

Job Types: Full-time.

Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 depending on skills, education, and experience.
