Schedule and Pay:

• 8 hour shift (Full-Time)
• Day shift 6:30 am -3:00 pm
• Monday to Friday
• $19.00 per hour
• Weekly Pay
• $50 weekly allowance after 60 days

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Skilled in carpentry, restoration and rehabilitation.
• Skilled in concrete forming and finishing, stucco application.
• Skilled in drywall installation and finish, aluminum–steel and hand railing installation and repair.
• Skilled in all forms of labor that are necessary for the completion of construction projects.
• Must be willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Able to handle laborious and repetitive manual tasks.
• Skilled laborer must have basic knowledge of construction site tools and ability to use them safely.

• Experience with all safety practices.
• Knowledgeable in the proper operation of aerial lifts, ladders, or other heavy equipment utilized in the construction trade.
• Maintain tools, equipment, shop and work areas

• Ability to adapt to changes in working environment and conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and good follow up skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.

Education & Experience

• High School graduate/GED equivalent or other construction work related experience.
• Able to read, write and understand English. Bi-lingual helpful.
• A minimum of three years’ experience is preferred with all phases of construction and repair techniques, preferably in a residential community environment.

Certifications & Licenses

• A valid Florida Driver's License is required with acceptable driving history
