Everton Homes is luxury home builder based in Bellevue. Our new construction home sites are located in Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond.
Successful candidates will perform a variety of tasks necessary to complete the construction of a new single family home.
Candidate must possess own reliable transportation. This position requires handyman type skills. Candidates should have knowledge in different areas of home construction.
Essential Duties Include:
- Assist the superintendent in the preparation and completion of various tasks throughout the construction
- Utilizing knowledge and skills to operate basic hand and power tools
- Detailing a home at the end of a construction cycle
- Maintains site cleanliness
- Stacking and/or loading delivered materials
Special Skills:
Drywall Repairs, Painting, Carpentry, Heavy Lifting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
