Construction Company with Annual Revenue of 75 million which specializes in building projects for NYC Agencies on Public Works Projects, (Department of Design and Construction, Parks Department and the School Construction Authority).

We have a position for a Project Engineer or Superintendent for a work on hand with the NYC School Construction Authority Project in NYC ( Bronx & Queens).

Preferred candidates may have an a Construction Management Degree or at least 6 years of solid experience on similar projects. Candidate should have the ability to layout work, schedule work crews under time-sensitive deadlines, maintain project paperwork (daily logs, payroll & job costing), know how to read plans and knowledge of schedules. This position is for an energetic well-spoken person with good written and computer basic skills. Our ideal candidate will be dependable, highly organized and deadline -oriented while displaying a positive attitude in a team-based environment.

·NYC Building Department -Superintendent License- Required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
